Every fall the Student Leadership and Involvement office hosts "Make a Difference Day," the largest national day of community service, in which students, faculty, and staff come together to serve our community. This year's event will take place on Saturday, October 22.
Volunteer projects will vary based on the needs of local agencies and community members. Painting, weeding, planting, digging, raking, cleaning, organizing, and moving are all likely projects that we have seen in the past.
Check-in will occur from 8:45 - 9:15 AM in the MUB Ballroom for individual registrants. Information packets will be then be distributed and from there, groups will travel to service locations. Projects may require that groups drive to their location.
PLEASE NOTE: Each member of your organization/group must register individually for Make a Difference Day. The final deadline to register will be Monday, October 17th by 8:00 AM.

Parking Details
Check in for Make a Difference Day will be held in the Memorial Union Building Ballroom. Visitor Parking is available in the metered spots surrounding the building. Staff lots are also not monitored on weekends.
