Planning and running the annual DZ and Triangle Easter Party for underprivileged children in the Houghton community. Activities included: meeting to determine event logistics, communicating with the MDDHS to get contacts for families, designing an invitation, mailing invitations to each family, creating a volunteer sign up form for sisters/brothers, answering logistical questions from families and members, shopping for the event, set-up/running/clean-up, delivering leftover easter baskets to Big Brother's Big Sisters

Over the past month, I planned and ran the DZ/Sig Ep Christmas Party. This included making and mailing invitations to families around the community, hosting meetings to determine event logistics, shopping for the event, making cookies, activities, and crafts for the event, setting it up, taking it down, and running the actual event.
