We volunteered at the Copper Dog mushing race, where we had to guard three different crossroads over three different days. It was a ton of fun and we got to see something that is not available anywhere else.
We went over to the Delta Zeta sorority and handed out toya to kids. I played Santa Claus and dyed my hair for the event. Was a very fun and awesome event for the kids.
Highway cleanup is a good one to make sure our communities are clean and to keep pollutants from getting into the environment.
The ruck was a very fun time and being able to volunteer as a crosswalk guard to make sure everyone was safe was awesome.
We gathered outside a church in Muskegon for giving food to underprivileged or impoverished citizens of the Muskegon area. We got into food trucks, and made pork burgers with mashed potatoes, and apple and some green beans to which we handed it out to some homeless individuals. One in particular stuck in my mind where he told me it was his first time eating in two days and that he always looked forward tot eh free food at the church.
I Went to a local vaccination center to volunteer as a sign up person who allowed older people to get their vaccinations through a local CVS in St Clair. It was a really fun time actually got to talk to a lot of interesting people with some good stories and I got to do some good for my community where most of the people getting the vaccinations were my grandparents, parents and grandparents/parents of my friends. Overall great time
It was fun getting together with brothers and the Delta Zeta sorority to make some nice blankets for kids. Always a good time when its for a good cause.
