About
We prepare and deliver freshly made, nutritious meals to individuals experiencing homelessness and insecurity in Austin. We need help preparing meals at our commercial kitchen space, Prep Atx. Volunteers will assist with meal prep, cooking and packaging meals for delivery. Dishes and general clean-up also appreciated!

Requirement Details
Earn a food handler certificate – You will need to obtain a Food Handler Certification: you can obtain this certification at http://safefoodtest.com/signup.php?course_id=16%20 or any of these other state approved websites . It generally costs $10-15 depending on the site, is good for 2 years, and takes 1-2 hours to complete.
